Return & Refund Policy

At Rooted & Rising Crowns, we strive to ensure you love every item you receive. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’ve outlined our return and refund policy below.

🛍️ Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If you receive a product that’s damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, please report the issue within 10 business days of delivery. We’ll review and cover the cost of replacing items if the error was on our end.

📦 Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and assist with resolution.

🏠 Return Address & Unclaimed Packages

All returns are sent to our fulfillment facilities. If the package is returned and unclaimed for 30 days, it will be donated to charity. You’ll receive a notification if we receive a returned package.

📮 Incorrect Shipping Address

If a package is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address, reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please double-check all shipping information before placing your order.

🤷🏽‍♀️ Unclaimed Shipments

Orders not claimed by the buyer or recipient and returned to our facility are eligible for reshipment at the buyer’s expense.

💡 Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. You may place a new order at your own expense.

💾 Digital Products & Downloads

All digital products (including eBooks, trackers, journals, templates, and downloadable resources) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to the nature of these items.

Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, it is considered final sale.
