1. General Use

Rooted & Rising Crowns provides holistic hair care education, self-care tools, digital downloads, and merchandise. You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases.

2. Digital Products

All digital items (ebooks, journals, trackers, printables, wallpapers) are final sale. They are for personal use only and may not be resold, distributed, or claimed as your own work.

3. Consulting Services

All consulting bookings are non-refundable. You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions are forfeited.

4. Merchandise & Print-on-Demand

Items such as t-shirts, mugs, posters, etc. are made-to-order. Please allow standard processing and shipping times. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party fulfillment providers. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products:

Digital items: No refunds or exchanges
Physical items: Refunds only for defective or misprinted items

6. User Content & Submissions

Any content submitted (reviews, feedback, testimonials) may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, branding, products, images, and copy, is the property of Rooted & Rising Crowns and may not be copied or used without permission.
